Return Eligibility
All purchases are eligible for free return & refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at customer@alpinestarsjacket.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you the return instructions within 2 business days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
✅ If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will cover all return shipping costs in such cases and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional charge to you.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items returned after 30 days of receipt
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Items where original tags are not intact
- Items not purchased directly from Alpinestars Jacket
We Offer Free Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
